Smoking
Smoking is permitted in the 'Snug Room' downstairs only - strictly no smoking in ANY other area in the house
Dogs
Dogs are very welcome and we have a 'dog house' in the house as well as a kennel outside. Dogs must be kept off the furniture, are never allowed in the Drawing Room and are forbidden upstairs. However there are many spacious rooms downstairs where dogs are most welcome.
Activities
In the course of enjoying yourself and using the facilities in and around the house please note that at all times you do so entirely at your own risk.
Damages
Not withstanding the £500 good housekeeping deposit, the owners would like to make it clear that any damages will be charged for in full.
