The Ground floor has many rooms to relax in - some for grown ups, some for children and one to get away from the noise!
Kitchen: open plan and well appointed with AGA and electric hob and oven. There is an old fashioned larder with 2 fridges and a freezer. The breakfast table seats 8 people comfortably.
Laundry: leading off the kitchen, with outsized washing machine, plenty of hanging space, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Main Sitting Room: a large room between the kitchen and the hall with cosy open fire. Large plasma screen TV with Sky and DVD player.
Snug: a small sitting room facing south looking out over the main lawn. A quiet and peaceful room with open fire; this is the designated smoking room.
Drawing Room: here you wil find style and comfort,
large open fire and a Steinway Grand Piano.
Relax and read the papers or enjoy a pre dinner drink
in this beautiful room.
Grand Hall: an imposing dining room table, specially
made from the Burgie Estates own Elm and Oak
can comfortably seats 26 people.
