2010 Tariffs per week:
Low Season - £1900
Mid Season - £2100
High Season - £2250
Christmas - £3000
New Year - £3600
Short breaks/long weekends available (excluding High Season, Christmas & New Year):
2 nights @ 50% of weekly rate
3 nights @ 60% of weekly rate
4 nights @ 70 % of weekly rate
20% payable on Booking, the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the first day of booking.
Good Housekeeping Deposit £500 payable on all bookings 14 days prior to arrival.
